iPhone stolen in Indonesia: who to call

Short answerFrom another phone or a computer, mark your iPhone as lost at icloud.com/find. Then block your SIM with your network, and call your bank. If you're in danger, call 112 first.

Take a breath, and ask someone to help if you can. We read each number below on an official page on 2 November 2026. Where it's a regulator's or government page rather than the company's own, the note says so. Numbers change, so if one doesn't work, use the official page beside it. Numbers that only work from your own network's phone won't help until you have a SIM again, so look for another way to reach them. Call costs vary.

First steps

  1. Mark your iPhone as lost at icloud.com/find. Here's the full plan.
  2. Block your SIM with your network, so nobody else can receive your login codes. Ask how to get your own codes or a replacement SIM.
  3. Call your banks and e-wallets, and ask them to protect your accounts.
  4. Report it to the police and ask about blocking the phone.

Report it to the police

Call 110 if you need the police urgently. We could not open the Indonesian police websites to confirm how to report a theft, so ask your nearest police station what they need from you.

Block the phone

We could not confirm that Indonesia has a working national service for blocking a stolen phone's IMEI. The government sites we needed would not open when we checked. Ask your mobile network to block your number, and ask what else they can do about the phone.

Report fraud or identity theft

If money has been taken, tell your bank or payment app first. If you aren't satisfied with their answer, Bank Indonesia can help with payment problems. We could not open the financial regulator's scam reporting site to check it.
